The Infant Studies & Educare Laboratory (ISEL) at Seoul National University conducts research on infant and early childhood development to inform innovative education and childcare practices. Focusing on both cognitive and non-cognitive skills, we study young children—including infants under one year—through experiments and observations. Our work extends to industry–academia collaborations, developing applications such as a cognitive training app, childcare-support robots, and mindfulness programs that enhance children’s learning and growth.
