Child Development Lab has actively been conducting theoretical and field research with the interest in the early stages of human development from infancy after birth, early childhood to adolescence. Our research not only focuses on the trajectories in the areas of cognitive, social, psychological and physiological development from childhood to adolescence, but we also pay special attention to the development of at-risk children such as the children of multicultural families, children living in shelters, children of divorced families who may have experienced difficulties during the developmental process. Based on these interests, we have conducted extensive and systematic research regarding their development and their family environment. With these research findings, we have produced many language development programs for parents and children of multicultural families.
